Reykjavik Walking Tour via Periscope

Join our hotel manager, Snorri, for a Walking Tour in the sun today, Wednesday July 8th. Oh, you´re not even in town today? No problem. He´ll be taking you along via the internet with the help of Periscope, the new live streaming app, owned by Twitter. If you have a Twitter account, all you need to do is download the Periscope app and you can join the fun live or even watch the whole thing anytime in the next 24 hours afterwards. If, however, you join us live, you will be able to text Snorri your questions in real time and he´ll hopefully be able to answer them.

Snorri will be joining Marteinn of City Walk Reykjavik fame for a two hour tour at 2pm GMT (10am ET, 3PM in Britain and 4PM on Mainland Europe) and all you need to do is join Periscope and find the stream called "Reykjavik Walking Tour" or just add @KvosinHotel to your streamers.

We´re pretty excited about this new way of communicating with our guests, current, former and future. We might even schedule a weekly chat with all of you if this thing takes off.
