Nicolas-Kvosin Concierge
Nicolas is the newest addition to our Concierge team but you wouldn´t know it. He has an eagerness few others possess and we enjoy harnessing it to make your Reykjavik Life more enjoyable. Nicolas is from Argentina so his Spanish is impeccable, in case you were wondering.
Hildur Sif-Kvosin Concierge
Hildur is one half of our night concierge team but always seems to be in a happy mood, no matter what time of the day or night it is. It may have something to do with the fact that besides the manager, she is the only member of the team who actually went to University to study tourism and hospitality. We´re lucky to have her setting the standards.
Sergii-Chief Kvosin Concierge
Sergii has been with us from the start, taking excellent care of each of our guests while using his extensive language skills to make them feel at home.
Gunnar Már-Kvosin Concierge
Gunnar has been on the team since the summer of 2014. He is super friendly and makes sure to gather feedback on all his recommendations to ensure all our guests are happy with their Reykjavik Life.
Varði-Kvosin Concierge
Varði is one of our night owl Concierges. He makes sure everyone sleeps tight while he works hard checking and double checking that things are impeccable when you rise and shine in the morning.
